This all-natural, healthcentric restaurant with an enchanting poolside terrace has launched a takeout shop to the side called Farmer’s Table Express.

“We have a large variety of vacuum-sealed meals that can be mixed and matched. They keep up to two weeks in the refrigerator, and you simply pop them into boiling water for less than five minutes,” general manager Abigail Nagorski says. “From our yoga community to mothers buying care packages for their kids, to people buying food for their parents, to singles, all the way up to large families, there is something for everyone.”

Best sellers include almond bites with dates and seasonal fruit ($5), riced cauliflower ($5), chicken meatballs ($6), lemon-dill nontuna wrap ($8), Waldorf chicken-salad wrap ($11) and grilled Mediterranean salmon ($15). Hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays and from noon to 6 p.m. weekends. Online ordering is available.

In the main restaurant, winter selections include roasted-beet salad with goat cheese ($11), black-bean burger ($12), herb-griddled trout ($22), grilled salmon ($26) and s’mores tart ($10).

Spiced Harvest Martini with tequila and Chocolate Banana Stout Float are among the five new after-dinner drinks ($10-$12).
